Thank you your kind words about my beautiful girls, KP. The milk is spilled, the barn door is open, so it's either go all "predators, en garde!" or something more useful, suggest to anyone who loves chickens and is thinking of having one or more as pets that it is truly impossible to completely protect them, that if you can't bear to lose a single one, just don't go there. Actually someone warned me and I didn't listen, someone who is saying "I told you so." AND predators, en garde!!!
